At 15 Caroline was invited to apply for a Sassoon apprenticeship at a careers convention, and upon leaving school she joined the Whiteleys team. When she qualified she joined the Sloane Street colour team but quickly realised her passion was in teaching, so she relocated to the academy in 2003.
Caroline continued to excel as a teacher, as well as travelling internationally with the Sassoon Creative Team, demonstrating her technical excellence in precision colour.
Now a Senior Colour Director, Caroline leads the academy colour team, creates colour themes and techniques for Sassoon collections, as well as developing new course updates, and maintaining the standardisation of Sassoon teaching methods.
